We are also certified with the City of Indianapolis.  We have the ability to provide 12.2 Title Research for all Indiana counties in a timely manner. Our office staff is experienced in searching property, preparing INDOT encumbrance reports and providing them to engineers for road way purposes, easements, and acquisitions.
