B. Craney is experienced in acquisition and land development. She also has experience in the purchase and subdividing of property. B. has worked as a land agent for Hoosier Energy, and implemented the route, layout and negotiation of power line easements. As sole owner B. has qualified for MBE, WBE, and DBE status with the state of Indiana, and has been certified by INDOT to provide title searches, and insured closings.

Julia Hessler, is the closing manager and has experience in the expediting of an efficient purchase transaction. Julia also has experience in acquiring raw land for the purpose of development. Julia is knowledgeable in all aspects of Commercial, SBA, and Residential closings.

Melinda Brown, has experience in searching property for complex construction products, and is knowledgeable in searching and examining road way easements for local engineers, as well as the projects acquired by Hoosier Energy. Melinda's staff has experience in searching all counties throughout Indiana, and is familiar with the expectations of emcumbrance reports for road way purposes.
